Microsoft has announced that its servicing IM Messenger will erase on March 15. Messengerit functionalities are already replaced with Skype, which in the future will be just VoIP and IM service of this company.
Microsoft informs that Skype users can log with the accountin which has been used so far in Messenger. All contacts from Messengeri will migrate to Skype, and orders can be exchanged as well so far. After 15 March Messengeri could be used one time only in China because there is this service offers local company to which Microsoft has entrusted the management.
Microsoft has bought Skype in May 2011 for $ 8.5 billion. The service currently has about 280 million users per month, which is about 100 million more than at the time of purchase.
