Chinese - Tech Forum Leaked Photos of Samsung Galaxy S4 2013

Photos of the Samsung Galaxy S4 have been published by a Chinese forum site, just three days before the confirmed launch of the flagship handset in New York City.
Chinese Tech Forum Leaks Purported Photos of Samsung Galaxy S4
Last year’s Galaxy S3 launch saw Samsung tightly guard the erstwhile flagship against potential leaks, particularly with regards to the device’s physical appearance, which is almost always a major factor in consumers’ phone purchase decisions. And since Samsung is apparently doing the same thing with the Galaxy S4, there’s a strong chance the purported image that leaked out on the Chinese site is not the real thing.  There’s a chance it may be a prototype device, or a “dummy” Galaxy S4; Samsung had used this strategy with the Galaxy S3, where dummy versions of the handset were leaked to deliberately throw off tech and news sites looking for scoop on the device.
For what it’s worth, the leaked photos suggest that the Galaxy S4 will come with a 5-inch display and 1920 x 1080 display resolution, 2 GB RAM, Android 4.2.1 out of the box and a 13-megapixel rear camera.  This falls in line with previous rumors, including the 5-inch dimensions, which are very close to the much-rumored 4.99-inch screen that Samsung may use for a slight edge in pixels per inch.  Additionally, the leaked Galaxy S4 is apparently a dual-SIM handset that will be sold in China on China Unicom, with model number GT-I9502.
However, the appearance of the Galaxy S4 in the photos has made some skeptical as to whether the device is for real or not; previous rumors suggested squarish lines, which is different from the curved edges found on the supposed Galaxy S4.
Other specifications expected to be part of the Galaxy S4 include 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB internal storage, black and white color options and either a Snapdragon 600 or Samsung Exynos 5410 Octa under the hood.  The Galaxy S4 may come with several features, including the much talked-about Eye Scroll for hands-free touchscreen navigation.
