The Galaxy S range from Samsung has proved to be a great success and the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy S4 is shaping up to be the most eagerly awaited smartphone to date thanks to this success. There are many rumours circulating which relate to the screen technology that will be used on this new model. During January 2013 the Consumer Electronics Show will be held and it is expected that Samsung will unveil a number of new technologies which will include a 55 inch HD television and the new OLED screen technology. Samsung have invested a lost of time into the production of these new displays and it seems that the wait for them to be launched could nearly be over. The Korean manufacturers will showcase a 5.5 inch display panel that is reported to offer 1280 x 720 resolution and a pixel density of 267 pixels per inch at the CES 2013. This display is not likely yo be that which will be used on the Galaxy S3 as we are more likely to see a 5 inch panel.
