Intex has launched a new device named Aqua Style which supports a massive 5.9-inch display. This is yet another addition to the portfolio of devices categorized as phablet due to their large display size. The Aqua Style is a dual-SIM, 3G-enabled phablet with dual-core processor and Android 4.0. It is priced at Rs 11,200.
The phablet houses a 5.9-inch capacitive touch screen offering 800 x 480 pixels resolution, runs on Ice Cream Sandwich version of Android and packs a 1GHz dual-core processor with 512MB RAM, 4GB internal memory expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. Users can use only 1GB of the 4GB internal memory. The Aqua Style also features an 8-megapixel rear camera with flash light and a 1.3-megapixel front camera. Apart from these, it offers support for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS for connectivity. Users can use 3G connection on one of the two SIMs supported by the device.
It is powered by a 2,500mAh battery, which the company claims offers up to 3.5 hours of talktime and can last for up to 100 hours of standby. Other features include face unlock, flip mute, pattern lock security, smart screen capture, music player with 3D equalizer, file manager, and sensors like G-Sensor, proximity, motion sensor and gesture sensor.
It is available in black and white colors at Rs 11,200, which includes freebies like a 4GB microSD card, phone case and a screen-guard.
