New iPhone 6 Concepts iPad Mini Resemblance 2013

New iPhone 6 Concept’s Striking iPad Mini Resemblance – 2013 Release Date Possible
One of the key issues with smartphones and ‘phablets’ these days is the apparent desire for a larger display screen conflicting with the need for a phone you can actually hold or put in your pocket.  It seems that the desire for larger screens has, in some cases, been more important to consumers for the need for practicality.
However it seems that Apple may take a more sensible approach to this issue, if the new prototype designs for the newiPhone 6 are to be taken up by Apple.
Martin Hajek, an incredibly talented designer is part of the team that have designed the newiPhone 6 and so far, it looks very impressive indeed.  The idea of the design is to bridge the aforementioned gap; to provide a bigger display screen on a smartphone that will still fit snugly in one’s pocket The design of the new iPhone 6 has a four point eight inch display screen and looks a lot like an iPad Mini.  The key difference to the previous iPhone designs is the absence of a home button.  The removal of the phone button has allowed the designers to produce an iPhone with a screen size just shy of five inches but roughly the same size as the iPhone 5.
They propose to achieve this and compensate for the lack of a home button by utilising the trackpad design that is employed in the company’s Macbook.  This functionality provides a completely clickable touchscreen which in turn provides a bigger touch target.  This means it can be used higher up in the screen but may pose problems for compulsive gamers who spend a lot of the time hammering down on the buttons shown on-screen – time will tell.
It is thought (and rumoured) that Apple are planning to release the new iPhone 6 alongside an upgraded iPhone 5S sometime in this calendar year.  This would of course not be the first time that Apple has released two iPhones within a 12 month period.
